Assoc. Prof. Aaron Davis
Aaron is Associate Professor of Design and Health with a teaching and research focus on co-design, community engagement, strategic design, and complex collaborations. Aaron’s research has won prestigious awards including a European Healthcare Design award, and an Australian Institute of Work Health Safety award. Aaron’s research is shaping policy globally. It has been adopted in Australasian Health Facility Design Guidelines, and by Health Cascade, a European Commission project on co-creation in healthcare. His expertise are in-demand globally, with international keynotes, and funded travel to work with global public health leaders.
Prof. Sarah Baker
Sarah is Professor of Place-Based Health and Care at the University of Lincoln and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Her interests focus on applying theories, knowledge and methods from Health Psychology to understand and improve oral health for all. She is also interested in systems science as applied to oral health, and in how complex interventions can be effectively implemented in practice.
She was the recipient of the IADR Distinguished Scientist Award in 2018 and 2025, and since June 2021, she has served as Editor-in-Chief of Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology.
