Dr Prav Solanki is an Oxford University graduate with a background in Medicine and Pharmacology, who transitioned into dental business growth.

Over 18 years in the dental industry, he has worked with over 500 independent clinics and several corporate dental groups, helping them elevate their patient journey, marketing campaigns and growth. As a current dental practice owner, he brings real-world operational insight to his work as a marketing scientist, crafting impactful campaigns and patient journey experiences that optimise both growth and customer experience.

Prav is a director of IAS Academy and has been involved in multiple startups and exits, including founding The Fresh Growth Consultancy and Leadflo® Dental CRM (both acquired by Agilio Software in 2024), as well as the growth and sale of a group of dental practices.
