Dr. David Feinerman DMD, MD
Dr. Feinerman is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has been practicing oral surgery since 1995. A summa cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Albany (SUNY), he received his DMD from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and his MD degree from the University of Connecticut.
Following completion of a one-year General Surgery and four-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship and residency at the University of Connecticut in 1994, he went on to complete a one-year hospital-based fellowship at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. During this time, he received post-graduate training in advanced aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, dental implantology, head and neck oncologic surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction and cosmetic facial surgery.
From 1995 – 1997, Dr. Feinerman was a clinical instructor in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Feinerman is currently in private practice, but is also a Clinical Instructor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.
He is also a reviewer for several journals, including the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Oral Surgery, Oral Pathology, Oral Medicine, Oral Radiology and Endodontology Journal (“Quadruple O&E”). He is the co-chairman of the Oral Implantology program at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic, the director of the ITI Study Club of Boynton Beach and an ITI fellow. He lectures nationally on current technologies in implant surgery.
Mrs. Tracy Anderson Butler National Director Hygiene Education Straumann USA, CRDH, MFT
Mrs. Tracy Butler has 27 years of diverse experience in the dental industry from chairside and beyond. Tracy is a registered dental hygienist, thought leader, motivational speaker, sales leader/coach and change agent. She believes the key to every successful treatment outcome begins with an accurate assessment leading to a co-diagnosis between the patient and dental team.
Tracy’s passion for dentistry and commitment to ultimate patient care has propelled her to pursue a career in regenerative medicine with Straumann North America, where she is currently Director Hygiene Education/Relations, North America.

Kathi Carlson CDA, FADIA
Kathi Carlson, CDA, FADIA, is a graduate of Indiana University’s Certified Dental Assisting Program, and has been in the profession of dentistry for many years with the last 25 focused on implant dentistry. She is the creator of “The Implant Consortium” and has trained implant teams nationally, as well as throughout the international dental community.
Kathi is a credentialed and charismatic facilitator, offering referral programs on case presentation and the team approach to implants, as well as clinical and implant coordinator development programs that are always cutting-edge, engaging, informative and high energy! She is a Fellow and a founding Certified Educator for the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA) and was the recipient of the ADIA’s Educator of the Year Award in 2008.
Kathi has contributed to and co-authored several implant training manuals. Her passion is patient communication, case presentation and working with referring teams to help better understand and appreciate the benefits of implants.
Dr. Robert Vogel DDS
Dr. Robert Vogel graduated from the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in New York City, New York; upon graduation, he completed a combined residency program in Miami, Florida at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and Miami Children’s Hospital.
He maintains a full-time private practice in implant prosthetics and reconstructive dentistry, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He works closely as a team member with several specialists providing implant-based comprehensive treatment, as well as conducting clinical trials and providing clinical advice to the dental attachment and implant fields.
Dr. Vogel has developed and collaborated on the development of several prosthetic components and techniques currently in use in implant dentistry. He lectures internationally on implant dentistry, focusing on simplification, confidence, and predictability of implant prosthetics through ideal treatment planning and team interaction. Dr. Vogel continues to publish scientific articles on implant dentistry, and is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
