Faye Donald DH
Faye Donald is a Registered Dental Hygienist and highly experienced GBT clinician, currently working in private general practice in the UK.
She graduated from Leeds University in 2001 and went on to complete the National Certificate in Counselling Skills & Behavioural Therapy NCFE level 2 (2006).
Undergoing further training in Switzerland, Faye went on to become a certified Swiss Dental Academy Trainer and now frequently writes for dental journals and lectures at dental events both nationally and internationally on GBT and prophylaxis within our industry.
Faye is chairperson for the North East BSDHT and is a key opinion leader for OralB. She has twice been voted winner of ‘UK’s Best Hygienist’ and once voted winner of ‘UK’s Dental Hygienist of the Year’

Dr. Neha Dixit
Dr. Neha Dixit has been Principal Trainer for the Swiss Dental Academy since October 2009.
She completed her Master of Dental Surgery (M.D.S.) in Periodontology from Government Dental College & Hospital, University of Mumbai, India.
She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Administration, India.
In addition is has a CAS (certified advanced studies) in CARAQA from HEIG-VD, Switzerland.
Dr. Neha Dixit undertook specialized training in Non-Surgical Periodontology in Moscow, Russia through The Chicago Centre of Advanced Education.
She has been regularly giving lectures on Dental Hygiene, non-surgical periodontal therapy & Periodontology at various International and global dental conferences and has conducted several continuing dental education programs across the world.
Her last academic position was that of Professor & Chair, Department of Periodontology: M.U.H.S. University, Central India (Nagpur).
From 2009-2013, she managed training programs for the Swiss Dental Academy and was actively involved in training periodontists, practicing general dentists and dental hygienists in new techniques and concepts in periodontal therapy.
In late 2013, Dr Neha Dixit joined EMS as Scientific & Clinical Affairs and is leading its professional education initiatives and clinical research collaboration.
From the start of 2020, she has taken on the responsibility of Senior Lead, Scientific & Clinical Affairs at Electro Medical Systems (E.M.S)
Today she is the Global Lead, clinical affairs & Medical education at Electro Medical Systems (E.M.S)
She is also member of the Scientific & Advisory board at E.M.S
Dr. Pamela Maragliano-Muniz DMD
Dr. Maragliano-Muniz is a board-certified prosthodontist and earned her certificate from the UCLA School of Dentistry after obtaining her D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She is also a former dental hygienist: she earned her B.S.D.H. degree from Northeastern University and the Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene and A.S. degree in Math and Science from SUNY Orange in New York.
Dr. Maragliano-Muniz is the Chief Editor for Dental Economics, Chief Development Officer for Cellerant Consulting Group, teaches at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and maintains her private practice at Salem Dental Arts in Salem, MA.
Since being awarded the 2010 Adult Preventive Care Practice of the Year by the American Dental Association, Dr. Maragliano-Muniz is an internationally recognized lecturer, extensively published and has published hundreds of videos on DentistryIQ.com and DentalEconomics.com. Her recognitions include Incisal Edge Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40, the Edward A. Diana alumni award for Leadership in Healthcare from SUNY Orange and Dental Product Report’s Top 25 Women in Dentistry. She has additionally been recognized as Boston Magazine’s Top Dentists in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Dr. Celso Da Costa
Celso Da Costa completed his Dental Hygienist diploma at age 20 years from FMDUL, Lisbon, Portugal.
After one year of private practice in Lisbon and after working as an assistant professor at FMDUL in 2010, he then started working in Switzerland in the year 2011.
He was the Prophylaxis Manager of the group Adent Dental Clinics in Switzerland from 2017 until 2020 and started a career in dental management obtaining his diploma in Management and Human Ressources.
He now works as Head of the Swiss Dental Academy and co-leader of the GBT Task Force in EMS.
He was cited by the Portuguese and Swiss press for prophylaxis treatments and dental economics.
Dr. Victoria Sampson BDS MFDS RCS Ed
Dr. Victoria Sampson is a functional dentist and researcher based in central London. She obtained her Bachelor in Dental Surgery from Barts and the London and is now known for her work in developing salivary diagnostics and microbiome testing. Her work has been acknowledged worldwide resulting in her becoming a scientific advisor, board member and clinical lead of multiple dental companies globally. Victoria has published numerous papers in the UK and internationally and was the first dentist in the world to link gum disease with worse COVID complications. Victoria is also the first dentist to shortlist for Forbes 30 under 30 in Healthcare and Science in Europe and has now cofounded her own multidisciplinary health centre in London aimed at putting the mouth back in the body and connecting the oral microbiome with general health. She is also a topical team member of the European Space Agency and NASA aimed at creating guidelines for astronauts before long haul flights.
Dr. Steffen Rieger M.Sc.
Steffen Rieger is a private practitioner in Reutlingen, Germany. His degree and doctorate are from the University of Tübingen, Germany. He completed a three-year postgraduate Master program in periodontology and peri-implant-therapy at the University of Freiburg, Germany. In addition to his work as dentist in a private practice focused on periodontology and prophylaxis, he is active in dental education for dentists and dental assistants. He absolved a certificate program as e-learning developer at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. As a teletutor, he supports Master-students at the University of Freiburg, where he also works as guest doctor in research (f.e. modern methods of dental education).
