Jon Seltenheim Senior Vice President, Business and Government Strategy
Jon Seltenheim has been in the employee benefits industry, both health and dental, for over 30 years. He has been with United Concordia Dental (UCD) for the past 17 years with most of that time overseeing Customer Service Operations. Over the past 3 years he has focused on UCD’s healthcare reform strategy and government operations.
In addition, for the past 5 years he has led the National Association of Dental Plans Task Force on Healthcare Reform which has been active in Washington, D. C. and at the state level as the Affordable Care Act was designed and implemented. Prior to his industry HCR involvement, Jon had been on NADP’s Board of Directors for 5 years, including 3 as Board Chair. He has been recognized with both the lifetime achievement award and the Don Mayes Leadership Award.
