Dr. Cristina Rizea DMD, PhD
Dr. Cristina Rizea graduated the Dental Faculty of Carol Davila University in Bucharest in 2011. She then pursued a 3 years Residency Program in Prosthetic Dentistry and a 3 years PhD Program in the field of Removable Dentures and Implant Overdentures. In the period 2013-2015 she taught clinical classes for 5th year dental students in the Removable Dentures Department of Carol Davila University. Since 2018 Cristina is the lecturer of the Prosthetics-Orthodontics Collaboration module for the Orthodontics Master of Universidad de Extremadura, Malaga, Spain.
She has lectured in various countries and events on dental prosthetics, career orientation in dentistry, as well as dental volunteering topics.
As of 2009, Cristina has attended and conducted dental volunteer work projects in Romania, Indonesia, India, Tanzania and Kenya, and is currently coordinating the dentistry department of the Romanian NGO Caravan of Doctors.
