This webinar examines vacuum post-curing as a potential approach to improving workflow efficiency. Prof. Sheng-Wei Feng will discuss the role of oxygen inhibition in resin polymerisation and review how the post-curing atmosphere may influence material properties. Research findings on curing time and cytotoxicity will provide a basis for exploring the potential benefits of vacuum curing in dental 3D printing.
The session will also address why post-curing protocols need to be validated for specific resins and equipment.
