Aim: To present a decision making process to help the clinicians to find the best treatment approach for their patients when managing soft tissues around implants.
Buccal soft tissue dehiscence and or deficiencies around well osteointegrated implants represent are become a very common clinical scenario. The appearance of metallic structure or even their transparency through the thin buccal soft tissues are common reasons for patient aesthetic complains. Which are the possibilities and the limits for the treatment of these aesthetic complications? How far we can go with mucogingival procedures?
