This lecture presents a structured, clinically-oriented digital workflow for full-mouth implant rehabilitation from diagnosis through provisionalization.
This lecture presents a structured, clinically-oriented digital workflow for full-mouth implant rehabilitation from diagnosis through provisionalization. Emphasis is placed on establishing a comprehensive diagnostic foundation—integrating facial and dentolabial parameters, soft-tissue architecture, and available bone—to support the decision between different prosthetic designs. The selected prosthetic endpoint is then translated into a prosthetically driven treatment plan, taking into consideration implant number and positioning, loading strategies, and restorative space management.
The presentation further demonstrates how to streamline the plan into a predictable creation of surgical guides and provisional restorations through digital data integration and design validation. A step-by-step sequence from surgery to provisionalization will be presented, followed by a practical pathway to transition from provisionals to final restorations.
