Dr. Oswaldo Scopin de Andrade
Dr. Oswaldo received his DDS degree from State University of Campinas School of Dentistry, in Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil, 1990. In 1996 he received the Certificate of the Advanced Post Graduated Program in Prosthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry – USA. After this period he stay as a Teaching Fellow, in the Department of Prosthodontics at NYU.
He returning to Brazil in 1997, where he settled in Piracicaba, where he maintains a private practice emphasizing Implant and Restorative Esthetic Dentistry. Also he received a Master and PhD degree in Prosthodontics from State University of Campinas School of Dentistry.
Dr. Oswaldo has published several articles focusing in esthetic dentistry, prosthodontics and oral implantology. He is on the editorial board of several publications in Brazil and also is a member of the Scientific Editorial Board of QDT Year book, by Quintessence International. Currentlly, he is the Editor in Chief of the JCDR (Jornal of Clinical Dentistry and Research), official publication of the Brazilian Society of Esthetic Dentistry.
In the educational area Dr. Oswaldo is the Director of the Advanced Program in Implant and Esthetic Dentistry Dentistry, SENAC University, São Paulo, Brazil for more than ten years. Since 1998, he has dedicated himself to teaching esthetic and implant dentistry at post-graduated level in several institutions, congress and events worldwide. He has been a speaker at several meetings such as American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, Academy of Fixed Prothodontics and the Quintessence Ceramic Symposium.
